Rob Ramey

As a 25+ year veteran in the fitness industry, I have certainly learned what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to improving one’s health and fitness. I have multiple specializations (see below) and have taken numerous additional educational courses in nutrition, senior training, SAQ (speed, agility & quickness), core & balance training, sports psychology, etc. I understand the importance of motivation in achieving goals and therefore try to keep the workouts fun so that you’ll be more likely to stay consistent, push hard and thus achieve the results you desire!

JP Pertierra

JP has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, with certifications in various areas of training (see below). He is adamant to never build fitness on top of dysfunction. Whether it’s nutritional coaching, strength training, weight management, or simply moving better and improving your quality of life, JP can help you find and achieve your fitness goals. When he’s not in the gym, you can find him hiking the hills with his pup and fiance.

Sarah Colasanti

I’ve been active my whole life, and have always been interested in sports and exercise. I played basketball, golf, tennis, softball, and I swam growing up. As much as I love sports, they have led me to many injuries. I want to do everything I can to help people prevent and improve chronic pain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’ve also worked with golfers, whose drives have improved by 30-40 yards after working with me!

Kim Miller

Having over five years of experience as a personal trainer, I am quick to adapt to clients’ needs and
preferences while keeping you on track to reach your goals. Being a snowboarder, trail runner, and lover of all things outdoors I understand the body’s energy systems that need to be built in order to succeed in those sports and lead an active lifestyle. As an athlete and coach/health professional, my mission is to empower others to pursue their goals with confidence and live a life rooted in adventure. Whether you’re looking to improve performance in your sport, level up your fitness routine, or begin your journey, I am here to help you to achieve great things. I originally hail from Bend, Oregon, and I am absolutely loving the new climate of the Bay Area. While snowboarding and trail running are my main sports, I enjoy hiking and mountain biking with my doggo and exploring all the new places that Sonoma County has to offer!
